2011-Ford Focus ST Breaks Cover.

Ford will be launcing a new hardcore version of the Focus, this incarnation will have 247bhp.

Colour: Tangerine Scream – in your face orange paintjob in keeping with the previous version. It sits on 19-inch rims, sporting  a roof-mounted spoiler and has matching orange brake callipers – not ott to save some room for the RS version to take it to the next level.

The gaping grille delivers cold air to feed a 2.0-litre turbocharged EcoBoost engine, even though it has more power than the current Focus ST, the new engine is smaller to improve CO2 emissions and fuel economy the outgoing model had a reputation as a bit of a guzzler.

Ford haven’t released any numbers as yet  but you can bet this car will be quicker and more efficient.
